DO YOU CUT PRINTS?

For ease of inventory and stock management, Haunted Ink prints all of its orders on A3 sized paper — if you order a smaller size than this, your prints will be hand-cut (either with a guillotine or a knife as necessary) from those A3 sheets. For this reason, please allow for very minor human error discrepancies in your order; whilst each print will be checked before being sent out to you, Haunted Ink cannot guarantee millimetre-level consistency between prints.

This is also the reason we have a tiered system of minimum order quantities (MOQ), which helps to prevent wastage.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY TIERS?

For A3 prints, we have an MOQ of just one print, and from there the MOQ is based on how many of each print size will fit on a single A3 sheet:

  • For A4, the MOQ is two prints

  • For A5, the MOQ is four prints

  • For A6, the MOQ is eight prints

However, if you order more prints you will be eligible for bulk discounting: for every forty prints you buy, you’ll get ten extra for 10% less!

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY ARTWORK?

In order to prevent spam submissions, the artwork upload form is only available once you have submitted an order — you’ll find the link to the page, as well as the password to access it, on your order status page which can be accessed at any time after your purchase.

Are there any restrictions to what you’ll print?

In the interests of protecting and embracing artistic freedom, Haunted Ink will print (almost) anything that you’d like us to. However, for safeguarding and legal reasons, some things are not allowed:

  • Any real-life images, such as photographs (there are many other services that will cater to this need for you)

  • Any imagery that could be deemed as realistic, such as true-to-life 3D models (especially those of persons or characters that could be considered to be minors under the age of 18)

  • Any imagery that contains overtly political, ideological or religious references

This is not an exhaustive list, and Haunted Ink reserves the right to refuse to print any order without question where it is deemed necessary; you will be informed if this is ever the case, and refunded or offered alternatives as required.
